How much and when will you charge me?
Have a look at my terms page. It explains everything in plain English. In short, I can usually include mostly everything for £20 a month if it's a one page site. I don't do anything without your instruction and I explain everything. I send invoices at the end of the month and you can pay them online.
Can you add a WhatsApp button?
Yes, and I can do better than that. I can add a WhatsApp button that asks your clients the questions you need answered to quote them. They can also send you pictures of the job.
Can you add pictures and videos, and design my site and logo?
Yes to all. I normally include a logo with your design ideas free of charge if we can get it done in three or four goes. I can not only add images, I can help them load fast and make them more readable by Google, search engines and AI. Same with videos. I'm happy to add one or two small updates a month for free. If you add lots of pictures and videos, we can discuss a plan.

A slow site loses people before it has finished appearing. Google measures this and uses it to decide where you come in the results.
Accessibility
Your site works for people using a screen reader, larger text, or a keyboard instead of a mouse. That is more customers, and it is the right thing to do.
Best practices
Nothing insecure, nothing sloppy under the bonnet. The dull work that keeps a site out of trouble later on.
SEO
Google can read every page properly and understands what you do and where you do it. That is how people find you in the first place.

What I aim for on your site: fast on a phone on mobile data, not just on a fast computer at home. Readable by Google, by AI and by screen readers. Small enough that green hosting genuinely stays green. I would rather spend the time getting this right than add features nobody uses.

I moved to England from South Africa over twenty years ago because I believe in traditional British values like honesty, a love of animals and a fair society. I am a British citizen and proud of it. This is my dog, Rudy. He is part of my family.
I only take on a handful of clients at a time, because I would rather dedicate myself to your job than hand you to an account manager who started last week.
Big agencies need to sell you a package. I don't. I will always be honest with you.
The only things that ever cost extra are my time and anything with a real cost to me, like extra hosting or a bigger photo gallery. Everything else is included.

Am I tied into anything?
No. There is no contract and no minimum term. Stop whenever you like and the site and the domain are yours to take with you.
Do I have to give card details?
Not to see your free homepage, and not to talk to me. Nothing is set up until you have seen the thing and said yes.
I don't understand any of this.
Good. That is exactly what I am for. You will never be handed a control panel or asked to update anything yourself.
Will you keep trying to sell me things?
No. There is no upsell, no annual review meeting and no package to upgrade to. You get a website that works and I leave you alone.
